Shipping Policy

All CarlAra Print & Resin products are carefully prepared and packaged before shipping.

Processing Time
Because many of our products are handmade, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Personalized or custom-made items may require additional processing time.

Shipping
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping information when tracking is available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at carlosgarcia56.cg@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
