Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at carlosgarcia56.cg@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging.

Because many of our products are handmade and/or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect personalization information provided by the customer, or normal variations that may occur in handmade products.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions regarding a replacement or refund. Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
